Identify a comprehensive approach to evaluating the culture of safety in their organization
  Description: Efforts to reduce the incidence of performance errors and improve patient safety in the healthcare environment have focused on redesigning work processes. However, errors continue to occur at significant rates. More recently, those in the safety field are realizing that the culture of the healthcare environment needs to change so that reducing and/or controlling errors becomes a major value and focus. Thus, organizations are being required to assess and develop a culture of safety.
